Job Title: Training and Development Specialist (East Brunswick, NJ)

 Job Duties:

Provide personalized training programs for high school student athletes, designed to enhance their physical and strategic skills.

Develop training plans that support student athletes throughout their high school and college careers, ensuring they achieve their maximum potential.

Assist student athletes in navigating the college recruitment and application process, offer support and guidance to facilitate their success.

Fulfill additional duties related to the role as they arise, contributing to our team's efforts in nurturing and developing aspiring athletes.

Skills and Requirements:

U.S. Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Physical Education. The candidate must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking student-athletes and their families, access Chinese-language resources, and provide culturally relevant guidance during training and college recruitment.
