Internal factorsLanguage barriers, weak foundational knowledge, lack of effective study methods, ineffective communication with teachers, lack of supervision, and poor study habits

To address the academic challenges students face, C&T Education USA offers comprehensive GPA monitoring services to help students make progress and achieve their academic goals.
The service includes the following:
1. Diagnose Academic Issues
Communicate with students, parents, and subject teachers to assess the student’s academic status and analyze the underlying causes of academic challenges.
2. Match GPA Supervisors
Based on the academic evaluation and the student’s needs, two mentors are assigned to provide supervision. A dedicated study team is established, offering support via online platforms and phone calls without time zone barriers, and helping set academic goals and action plans.
3. Monitor Progress in Real Time
Mentors review daily assignments, remind students to complete their homework, and contact subject teachers before exams to identify key areas, providing guidance for effective exam preparation.
4. Analyze Academic Trends
Review grade reports weekly and communicate with subject teachers monthly to monitor classroom performance and analyze academic trends, offering professional advice. Attend parent-teacher conferences on behalf of parents (travel expenses billed separately).
5. Course Selection Guidance
Guide students in understanding school course offerings and, based on current performance and academic interests, help plan AP and Honors course selections.
6. Academic Tutoring
For areas where students are struggling, recommend one-on-one tutoring to target specific subjects. (Tutoring fees charged separately.)
7. Holiday Planning Advice
Provide academic training and extracurricular activity recommendations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break, and summer holidays to enhance overall competitiveness.
