1.Diagnose academic issues

Communicate with students,parents,and school teachers to understand the current academic situation of students and analyze the reasons for academic problems.

2.Match GPA supervisor

Based on the results of student academic evaluation and student needs,match 2 mentors to provide regulatory services,establish a learning work group,and provide guidance without time difference through the internet or phone,to develop academic goals and action plans.

3.Real time follow-up on learning progress

The supervisor checks students'homework every day and reminds them to complete their homework for the day.Before the exam,contact teachers from various subjects to understand the key points of the exam and guide students in reviewing and preparing for the exam.

4.Analyze the trend of performance

Weekly review of performance reports,monthly communication with subject teachers on classroom performance,analysis of performance trends,and provision of professional advice.Represent parents to attend the Parent–teacher conference(travel expenses are separately budgeted).

5.Course selection guidance

Guide students to understand the school curriculum and develop AP and Honor course selection plans based on existing course performance and students'professional interests.

6.Academic counseling

Recommend one-on-one tutoring for students who lack knowledge,focusing on difficult subjects.The cost of tutoring will be budgeted separately.

7.Suggestions for holiday arrangements

Provide students with academic training and extracurricular activities during Thanksgiving,Christmas,spring break,and summer to enhance their overall competitiveness.
