Linda女士1988年毕业于兰州大学新闻系，1996年带着4岁的儿子赴美求学，继续深造并毕业于UCS。随着孩子一天天长大，儿子的教育问题成为Linda女士每天思考和专注的问题。美国的教育体系与国内大不相同，跟所有家长一样，她也开始步入寻找学校与规划孩子成长的道路，并像在美的多数家庭一样带孩子去博物馆、美术馆实地吸取各种知识，参与多种多样的社会活动、夏令营，丰富孩子童年生活的同时打开了孩子自我探索知识的大门。
从陪伴自己孩子学习成长的历程，到孩子最终进入到美国著名的常青藤院校-达特茅斯学院，Linda女士深深体会到好的教育对孩子个体发展深远的影响。作为母亲，她也充分理解每一位作为家长的需求和心情，每一个孩子都是独一无二的，有自己的特点和天赋，如何挖掘孩子的特点，让更多不同特点的学生，尤其是国际留学生获得进入顶尖大学的机会推动Linda女士成立了C&T Education 创藤教育。创办至今，创藤已为数千名学生根据创藤团队在美的规划经验，实现了他们推开顶级大学的大门。
